HOW IT ALL WORKS

The Owner side of these Resorts is in high demand year-round, so we recommend making requests at least 30–60 days in advance for the best chance at securing your dates. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a ‘Guest Certificate’ before your 7-day check-in, marking you as an Owner’s Guest and unlocking exclusive pampering.

Availability may change until payment is made to VTE and the Resort confirms your stay, with quotes valid for 24 hours. Please note that VTE reserves the right to cancel any request made without prior approval, which may delay booking.

Booking Made Simple: Confirmed Dates

When booking a confirmed date, the reservation has already been secured and is waiting for you to claim and enjoy. Simply enter the exact dates from the listing title into the ‘Check-In & Check-Out’ fields, then select ‘Add.’ Follow the steps provided and you’ll be on your way to the sandy shores; these dates are 100% confirmed and ready for you.

Requesting Made Simple: Dates Not Yet Confirmed

When requesting a date, please text or email us with the Resort and Room description, including at least two alternate dates and your preferred bed setup (King or two doubles/queens). Allow up to 24 hours for us to CONFIRM, your dates, and you’ll be on your way to the sandy shores. Please note that if a Suite is listed as ‘Requested,’ it cannot be booked directly, you must wait for us to call the Resort as Owners to check availability, as this can change daily.
